The tables recommend when to include the exercise in the routine or leave it out of the program based on the postoperative timeline. Knee and hip syndromes are also included in the tables. The suggestions for including or not including an exercise in the routine are based on the baseline recommendtions for range of motion and the modifications for knee and hip syndromes or arthroplasties shown in chapter 3 on pages 32 to 36.
